When will I receive my first envelope?
Envelopes are sent on the 15th of each month. Subscribe before then and your first letter will be on its way that same month.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping is included in all membership prices — US members pay $12/month and international members pay $15/month, with no extra charges at checkout.
Can I give this as a gift?
Absolutely. The 3-month and 6-month memberships make a beautiful gift. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — cancel anytime through your account or by emailing us. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.
Will every envelope be different?
Yes — every month is a new letter, a new destination, a new recipe, and a new keepsake. No two envelopes are ever the same.
What if my envelope doesn't arrive?
